Lanterns vary in their capacity to hold fuel depending on the lantern design. The larger lamps, such as our Vermont Classic 17", hold up to six ounces of fuel and the smaller ones hold between one (Mini) and four ounces (Wall-Table) proportionately. Vermont Brass Lamps are designed to be very fuel efficient, so if there is ever a question of shortages of fuel during the Year, you will be glad you own one. One quart of standard fuel will last you up to two weeks under normal usage.
